Enset, grown worldwide despite purposive production and consumption, is only in Ethiopia where it supports as staple co-staple food for about 20% of people mostly south southwestern parts. The study aimed on enset processing post-harvest techniques producing areas covering Jimma Keffa zones Yem special districts which has participated 128 farmers. In the area, participants portrayed before harvesting matured identified using different criteria such pseudostem size, leaf sheath color change, year counting from start transplanting to harvesting, flowering expose corm stated by majority respondents (43.75%).
